Franchisor will not require a Management Company to operate the hotel in every case, if the franchisor determined that a management company would be necessary, franchisor will allow the franchisee to negotiate with their own management company. 2. The franchisor has NOT provided a Management Agreement or Comfort Letter for our review. 3. If Applicant also operates under a management agreement with a third party, Lender/CDC must review the management agreement in accordance with SOP 50 10 to determine if there is affiliation between the Applicant and the management company. The Applicant is not eligible if the management company is, or is affiliated with, the franchisor.
