1. When the real estate where the franchise business is located will secure the SBA-guaranteed loan, the Collateral Assignment and Assumption of Lease may not be executed. Franchisor may not file a Deed of Trust or Mortgage on the real estate owned by the franchisee or an affiliate of the franchisee and taken as collateral for the SBA Loan. 3.
